Pet dental care is just as important as human dental care. However, proper dental care is commonly overlooked for dogs and cats. According to the American Veterinary Dental Society 80% of dogs and 70% of cats are already showing signs of oral disease by the age of 3.
To perform a proper and thorough dental cleaning your pet must be asleep. While your pet is under anesthesia we will scale and polish their teeth and do an oral examination to look for signs of disease or illness. If your pet has any fractured or decayed teeth, we are able to remove them during their cleaning.
