The staff are amazing. We recently switched vets due to the way our previous vet handled our rescue dog. You can tell the staff here truly care about their job and the animals no matter what personality your pet has. We recently adopted a dog that was abused, and her anxiety is extremely high magnitude. They spent an hour talking with me, giving me resources, and coming up with a plan to help our sweet girl become more trusting and to help her learn that each space or experience doesn’t have to be negative. I honestly believe with their care we can help our girl become more sociable. We have already switched all our pets over to Springhurst Animal Hospital.
Very friendly, pleasant staff. My dog was bathed here recently, and they did a beautiful job. I’ll definitely be back.
I’ve been taking my dog here for a few years now. I have always felt the care and professionalism from this place! The staff are always friendly and attentive. They have always ensured the utmost safety during COVID. My dog has some anxiety/behavioral issues that can sometimes be difficult to handle. This place has ALWAYS respected and cared for his needs without making me feel embarrassed or anxious myself. I really feel thankful for this place and how they’ve been able to help me and my dog. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my pup to Springhurst Animal Hospital for the past 9 years. Each time we go, all staff members make us feel so special and loved! Dr. Keehner is the best! My pup needed medicine on a Friday evening, and she came through to help us out. When picking up the medicine, Ashley came out to check on my pup and thoroughly explained how to administer the medicine; she even gave me her cell phone number in case I had questions over the weekend. Springhurst Animal goes above and beyond! Wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else ❤️
What a wonderful animal hospital. I am so comfortable taking my Maxxie there for anything he needs. The employees are very kind and Maxxie always comes home happy. Thank you so much.

Dr. Keehner and her staff provided excellent care for our dog getting us in quickly and removing a nasty aggressive tumor. Her assistant sent me regular updates on him while he was there. Very impressed with the care and service.

Took the time to listen to me and explain all the options, as well as explaining all the tests to me. I was definitely heard, and they called me within 24 hours to share his results. Huge plus that they asked me about my parents’ dogs just by seeing my name — shows they really care! Thank you for caring for all our babies! 🙂
I took my two ferrets in for checkups and shots today, and I had a lovely experience! The staff was beyond sweet. The vet was very helpful and really let me explain any concerns that I had in depth, she listened without rushing me off the phone the way my old vet did. They loved my babies and were so excited to see them. Highly recommend! Very professional and respectful.
Just moved here from Dallas. Something was going on with our lab for the last few years. The vet in Dallas said he was just depressed from the 2 kids we added to the family. Took Chief here to see Dr. Lee. He did a full work up and diagnosed him and we have him on the right meds. Our 10 yr. old lab is like a new dog! Thank you!!!
I got my dog last June. Springhurst Animal Hospital has done a great job during Covid with scheduling and handling pets while keeping their employees safe. I have yet to meet any of the vets, but I feel that my dog is in good hands. They call you during the visit and let you know what is happening with your pet. The staff is friendly, and they get you answers to all your questions.
